Affiliate Manager — Pay Per Call (Home Services)
Own the full affiliate lifecycle at LeadBank — recruit, onboard, and grow Pay Per Call partners in the home services vertical. Hands-on Ringba role with end-to-end ownership of campaigns, reporting, and partner performance.
Operator-level ownership of the network.
LeadBank is a performance-driven Pay Per Call network in the home services space. We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to own the full lifecycle — recruiting and onboarding partners, managing day-to-day performance, compliance, and reporting.
You'll be the primary point of contact for our affiliates, the operator behind our call-tracking infrastructure, and a driver of network growth. Success here requires someone self-sufficient, analytical, and quick to learn — equally comfortable building affiliate relationships and configuring buyer campaigns.
This is a fully remote position, but you'll need to keep your hours aligned with the PST business day.

Affiliate Growth & Onboarding
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates to expand the LeadBank network
- Vet incoming affiliates to ensure their traffic and audiences align with our target market
- Run onboarding end-to-end — provisioning, offer assignment, and getting partners productive quickly
Day-to-Day Affiliate Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, maintaining open communication on day-to-day issues
- Add affiliates to offers and manage their access to active campaigns
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance meetings
- Provide performance evaluations and optimization recommendations based on call data and analytics
Ringba & Campaign Operations
- Manage the LeadBank call-tracking system (Ringba) day to day
- Set up affiliates, configure tracking, and structure campaigns in Ringba
- Provision new buyers and build out new buyer campaigns
- Monitor routing, caps, and targets to keep campaigns performing
Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor affiliate compliance and traffic quality on an ongoing basis
- Reconcile reports across affiliates and buyers
- Produce reporting on affiliate and buyer performance, surfacing trends and patterns from inbound call activity
- Identify optimization opportunities and flag issues proactively
Required — non-negotiable.
- 1+ years as an Affiliate Manager for a Pay Per Call network (home services vertical strongly preferred)
- Hands-on Ringba experience — affiliate setup, buyer campaign creation, and report reconciliation
- Strong reporting and analysis skills; proficient in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-sufficient, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- A critical thinker who anticipates problems and finds effective solutions quickly
