LeadBank by Alliance VS is a fast-growing Pay Per Call network for the home services industry. We're hiring an Affiliate Marketer who already knows Pay Per Call, CPA, CPL, or performance marketing to recruit, onboard, and grow high-quality publishers.

LeadBank connects publishers generating inbound consumer calls with enterprise home services buyers through Ringba-powered routing. Your mission is simple: recruit new affiliates and help them become successful.
We're a Pay Per Call affiliate network focused on home services — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, roofing, water restoration, and remodeling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands affiliate traffic, and knows how to communicate with publishers across Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and other affiliate communities.
You'll be responsible for recruiting new affiliates, helping them understand our campaigns, answering questions, and supporting them as they begin sending call volume.

What you'll actually do.
- 01Recruit new Pay Per Call affiliates and publishers
- 02Build relationships in affiliate communities — Facebook groups, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and beyond
- 03Promote LeadBank campaigns through daily posts, messages, and community engagement
- 04Respond to affiliate questions about offers, payouts, coverage, call quality, and onboarding
- 05Review and qualify new publisher applications
- 06Help new affiliates understand campaign rules and best practices
- 07Maintain an organized affiliate CRM and track recruiting activity
- 08Identify strong publishers and help them scale call volume
- 09Share affiliate feedback with the internal team to improve offers, coverage, payouts, and onboarding
The right person has done this before.
- Experience in Pay Per Call, CPA, CPL, lead generation, or affiliate marketing
- Existing relationships with affiliates or publishers
- Strong understanding of affiliate traffic, call campaigns, and performance marketing
- Experience with Ringba, Phonexa, LeadsPedia, Everflow, or similar platforms is a plus
- Comfort communicating with affiliates worldwide
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- A results-driven mindset
- Experience promoting offers inside affiliate communities
